I’m sure most people here know ownCloud already. We had experimental RS support once in the past, but it wasn’t feasible to keep it, and there was a mean Apache bug that also prevented usage in ownCloud standard deployments.
I just visited @jan, who works there as an open source designer, and we agreed that it’d be really nice to bring back RS support and some point in some way.
Here’s the thing: the ownCloud folks will have a couple of days of contributor conference in Berlin in late August. Maybe some of our contributors can go there (at least for a day or so) and meet some ownCloud core devs in order to discuss what’s possible, how, and when. They’re hacking from Aug 26-31:
