It’s already fixed, but the release is not available to anyone in their system’s package repositories:
should be especially easy to deploy when the latest Apache release (which contains the important bugfix for RS) is available in package managers
I have opened an issue to update a popular Ubuntu PPA with it, but that’s only for Ubuntu then, of course.
