https://github.com/remotestorage/spec/pulls is empty - if nobody has any changes, I’ll just bump the version, and 09 will be functionally equivalent to 08, that would be a first! Means we have finally converged on something that works, I guess! 
… what’s your timeline for potential edits and subsequent reviews for the next version? It would be good to at least communicate that properly, so that potential contributors have sth to work with imo.
The current one expires 2 June, so we can still try to fix those two bug issues.
