Forums update to Discourse 2.0

We are finally on a recent release of Discourse. We were on 1.5.3 for a while. From now on keeping up to date will be easier since we’re now running on a One-Click Digital Ocean server using the official Docker-based setup.

The main change that I could see is web push notifications.

There’s one style change lost, which is that the topbar was hidden on small screens before. Other than that, everything is looking good here.
