There’s a new webapp “store” by PWA Labs, Inc. at https://store.app/ You need to add a DNS TXT record to “claim” your domain (like Google).
It’s not clear what their funding model is.

Nice find! The PWA Labs website doesn’t have much info other than job listings, seems they raised some money in the last year according to CB Insights.
