Hi all, I wrote an app for musicians/bands, called Setlist Roller. You enter all your bands songs, keys, changes, and other characteristics, and it will generate a setlist for you.
By tweaking the chaos slider, it can generate easy setlists, with minimal changes (guitar tunings, capos, picks, pedals or even instrument switches etc.) or with tons of them… and it gives you a general estimate of the amount of switching in the set, measured as Bass Player Anxiety Level 
It can also generate setlists based on keys, and appropriate key transitions.
This is generally useful for bands with a large repertoire of songs, possibly multiple tunings and instrument switches, and might get stuck in a rut with song order, have an impromptu show (or just didn’t prepare a setlist).
