OK, I guess itās not so urgent anymore now that we cancelled the Rethink our product presentation as a multi-backend tool plan and are at least linking to the technical docs on github from http://remotestorage.io/integrate/
I still think āintegrateā is the wrong name for that page. 
But it does the job, and we can live with it.
I donāt know if Iām āgoodā but Iām a web designer (for those who want to make themselves an idea, I can send us the url of the last project that I work onā¦).
I start to follow the unhosted project since the 2011 cross founding appeal, and Iām realy intersted.
Few times ago, Iāve tried to participate actively and proposed an infographicā¦
I also know that, as everybody, Iām busy (with my day job or with the time I need to find oneā¦) ;
I donāt know either if I can make the job as quickly as you want, but if you are interested or if you need a plan B, I would be realy happy to help you.

Yes, thanks again! IIRC we had an active conversation about that. The graphic is currently integrated in a sleeping redesign branch, which you can see online here: https://rs-io.5apps.com/
If youād like to help with the creation of the new site, either by continuing with that branch or creating a completely new design, please come to the IRC channel, so we can talk about it! (Weāll have to do a short call, which we can also coordinate in other ways, but hanging out on IRC is the best way to stay connected to all the other contributors and have ad-hoc conversations about anything.)

Sorry, but at the moment Iāll rather spend time on making actual progress than on documenting random ideas we talked about. Anyone who wants to help with designing a professional new site is more than welcome to set up a call about it anytime!

I would be totally in favor of merging all our existing documentation into a wiki and putting it on remotestorage.io, could be a good way to break the current website impasse, and get rid of both the old and the new website in one swoop! 
We would be down to just wiki + spec + this forum + starter-kit for remoteStorage in general, and NaturalDocs for modules documentation and for remotestorage.js function reference.
It would probably be much easier to get FAQ documented when they happen on the forum.

By the way, the wiki has been set up and you can create user accounts and start putting random content in. Itās basically empty right now, except for a Notes page, which you can use for dropping content and links, and an Apps page, where you can find some apps incl. links to their source code and what categories they claim.
For the latter, it would obviously be useful to add any apps that are missing and currently in use (I mean actually being used and working with at least a stable RS server like e.g. 5apps Storage or the latest reStore).
If someone is interested in helping out with the main page and/or transferring/adding content to the wiki in general, thatād be great! Feel free to edit anything!
I was fed up with lack of visibility of the progress and esp. lack of insight into what still has to be done, so I just set up a public Trello board for all website efforts. Iāll add anyone whoās interested in helping (and be it just dropping suggestions) to the team, so they can add cards. Commenting is public for every Trello account.
Shoot me for setting up yet another thing. Sorry. Also, I tried finding a good open-source alternative, but gave up, because Iād rather spend time on finishing these things instead of setting up more meta stuff.
